If the book character was vile and despicable, the drama actor could not pull it off with his baby face. When he exudes evil, you just want to slap him. The slapfest now includes Luo, Princess and Fan Yu, btw.

I am surprised that Emperor did not tell Fan Yu to marry Princess. Old Empress was stupid, not to think of it. Since Fan Yu was CP, he would become Emperor when the father died. Her daughter would be Empress, and remain in the Royal tree.
