Technically, CP was her brother-in-law, except there is speculation that CP is the son of Emperor's dead brother.

Sometimes, the women sound the same to me, from drama to drama, and I do not watch as many dramas as other MDL followers.

The siblings have been idling all their lives... like free loaders. Only Prince Lie seems to have a military job. Emperor should have put them in charge of various palace departments so they could acquire skills in finance, operations, public relations, defense. 😆

I thought I was the only one noticing the CP's love and obsession over Shen Xi He.

The FL grows on you. 😁 The twenty short episodes are consolidated into five episodes on the Mango TV Drama YouTube channel.

I binge watched Dong ZI Yan in Revenge of Reborn Princess last night. He did a very nice ML job. He has potential to be the main lead in a standard costume drama (... 45 minute episodes).

What happened to Xiao Chang Yu / Prince Yu [6th prince]? I haven't seen him in a while.

Gao Wei Guang and Jeremy Xu have similar striking features. They could play siblings. I'd like to see them acting side by side in a drama.

I binge watched this drama last night. Dong Zi Fan did a very good job as the ML. I like him in Blossoms of Power.

I watched five consolidated episodes on the Mango TV Drama YouTube channel. The plot was somewhat confusing. FL's life is on a loop, like Groundhog's Day, except the plot changes with each sequence of life. FL was droll, except when she smiled. The ending was lowkey. Maybe the FL and ML thought they would resurrect again with a new storyline when they woke up the following morning. LOL

LOL ykyk!

He is so clingy. What will happen when they are married? Lol

That sounds very promising for Bu and Cui. I hope the writers stick to the book ending.

I thought he used to fake the cough to make people think he was sickly.

If she remains a man, when she becomes Marquis, the bloodline will die with him. He has to fake a marriage and birth of a son, or adopt a male to inherit the title.

I agree. When he plays the ML, he seems awkward with his FL. He would make a good super villain. In this drama, he has some dubious intent, but he's just one of the crowd.

I look forward to his scenes.

If they had married already, they would have become a boring couple. Instead, the writers use both of them as weapons to take down the evil factions around them.

So Prince Yuan (Gao Wei Guang) was the ML's biological father?

Two characters have hinted about Emperor's complicity in the Crown Prince's poisoning. I think Hua Yong should take a hint. Emperor You Ning wants to remain emperor forever. He is a closet delulu. We might begin to see his megalomania soon.

Gao Wei Guang had a cameo role in episode 16. Prince Yuan was the prince who would be Emperor, and You Ning wanted him dead, so he could become Emperor?

It is called personalized method acting, just like Jeremy Xu. LOL

When Crown Prince becomes Emperor, he could send Cui Jin Bai and Miss Bu Shu Lin to the northwest to govern the province. The people would not know Bu Shu Lin's identity as Imperial Guardian. LOL

I didn't recognize Peter Ho when Duke of Wei showed up. I have not seen him in a few years.
