Can we take a min to appreciate how the actors have bought their A-game for this show!? Se Kyung and Tae Oh are the soul of the show for me <> Im Siwan’s acting is so nuanced, I’m always taken aback by his little expressions. And Sooyoung has totally transformed into her character!! I always get so excited to see her on screen! To think that they both started out as idol singers! Daebak!
Most k-dramas just have the couple confess one episode, lovey-dovey date in the next, and then there’s a conflict over the next 4 episodes. Here, we actually see the leads falling in love with each other. Like it’s not even epic stuff but I just feel my heart squeeze out of love for these characters. And it’s not even boring!!??? Give Writer-nim an Oscar please!!
Ki Seong Yeom grew up listening to his parents well, is protective of those near him, is straightforward without any pretenses, is wary of new people, always there for Mijoo and is a TOTAL CUTIE. Ki Seong Yeom has the personality of a dog y’all’s~

I agree it's a bit all over the place. And how many times has the shared tragic accident in the past been done in k-dramas! They really need to come up with newer plot lines. But I like the tone of the show and honestly I don't think I can stop watching the beauty that is Yoon Kye Sang on screen ? The hate to love trope is my soft spot and the chemistry here is wonderful. I'm gonna keep watching, albeit with a bit of fast-forwarding.
I just KNEW that Min seong knew about ChaYoungs feelings for Kang. That sly smile he gave when he asked Kang for her dumplings- He wanted to reunite them and make something happen there. I'm so gonna cry when he dies! ????
