nah 'cause that was my first thought as well, considering that they all came to a dating show they HAD to research on at least the dating shows that aired in 2022 and Dex is definitely not someone that one could just "forget" about. His reclusive yet attentive personality was the thing that left an impression on me in Love & Joy.

Jiang just said exactly what I've been thinking for a while because logically speaking, NZ makes a better candidate for the VP position. While GNT is definitely capable of the post, his emotions actually take a huge part in his decisions, which might hinder the company's profit sometimes. But NZ while is portrayed as a soft character, is also practical when needed and makes the perfect neutral VP. Also to say that GNT is actually the best for the Flight Director position because his thoughts for the Flight safety and betterment of the flight department is what they need rn.

yeah, even with the slow progress in the romance department, I'm very happy with the whole drama progress. Weirdly enough, the pacing just feels perfect to me.
As someone who strictly avoids any book/movie/show that doesn't have a definite HEA, I watched this and will definitely rewatch it again and again. I know that many disagree about this being a happy ending but for me, it was the perfect and HAPPY ending. Because you know what? Though there's the factor about the impending death of Cheng Cheng, their love seems enough for Jiang Nan to carry on even after she's no more. So yes, I'll call it a happy ending because at the end of the day, they are happy and will have the happiest memories of their love for JN to carry forever.
he's one of the most gorgeous men I've ever seen, and he's such a good actor(just watched Smile To Life)! I hope he gets more ML role in some big network's drama soon.
