I dont think there is a lack of talented actors in South Korea....nobody would defend a criminal and spend so much time on him if he wasnt good looking....public attacks r wrong definitely but deterring crime is only possible if people are jailed....The lenient approach is neing used by the west and countries as great as america are dealing with epidemic level of drug use.
As far as my mental health is concerned dont make assumptions about it

South korea is managing its drug problem pretty well better than west for sure. Jailing people for a crime is necessary....i may agree that they can be sent to a detox center to get clean and then jailed but they should be jailed 100%. Actions have consequences.

No i am not from SK but drug use is not on epidemic levels as in America or other western countries where taking drugs and overdose doesnt even make a news headline.
