I think they will get together soon but I’m not in a rush. I need my aviation and the redemption of Jiang…I don’t mind if the love story is put aside in the mean time.

episode 27 after the housewarming; He did not directly text that he likes CX. It was more indirect: I can't post images, so here is the dialogue he was saying while texting: "I started to suspect whether I've been lying to myself. But your brother likes her. How can I..."

He is not there when CX friendzones NZ. The characters don't see everything the viewers see. I want to give GNT more time (and also NZ time to accepts the rejection) so that when GNT is finally together with CX, all of them can still be comfortable with each other...I guess I'm not in a rush...I'm a snail..lol. I think GNT and CX will get together soon anyway (probably episodes 33-34). While we are giving the characters more time, I would love for the story to focus on aviation or the redemption of Jiang. I want to see the possible hijack of the plane, emergency landing, GNT's safety manual being adopted, and many more.

My thought may differ from many of the commenters here. First, I don’t dislike Yuheng. She tries to go after the one she likes (who is single). Many support cheng-xiao actively pursuing GNT; yet, criticize Yuheng. When she finds out the situation about the celebrity, she confesses and resolves it. This tells me that she is a nice person. She hasn’t harm anyone. GNT may likes someone else but if he is not in a relationship, Yuheng can still pursue him because she and Cheng-Xiao are not close. Second, I think GNT denies liking cheng-xiao because at that time he doesn’t accept the fact that he is moving on (and liking someone). During the housewarming and seeing the interactions between Cheng-xiao and NZ, he finally accepts his feeling. However, he thinks it’s too late because NZ is now pursuing her (after GNT denied of having feelings for her... thus, the regret). As a result, he decides to back up from the race. The text to his dead gf about Cheng-Xiao shows us that GNT finally accepts his love for Cheng-xiao and his willingness to move on.

Based on what we have seen of GNT, he would report the incident (not necessary because of jealousy). He is a guy who strictly follows the guidelines/procedures. In previous episodes, he reported/marked down people for not dressing appropriately (eg forgetting to button). Even Song Song told him that people were keeping away from Song Song (who always follow GNT around) for fear of being criticize. I don’t think GNT reported Fan due to jealousy but plainly this is how GNT is. Similarly, he would take the blame but not explain to Fan or NZ.

I agree with you that the whole scene about rescuing was not well done, not because of the acting. The setting was not good and did not at all look dangerous. There were 4 strong men and a girl. The little boy could quickly and easily crawl out if there was a small opening. Why couldn’t they just remove 1-2 pieces of wood/log and have the boy crawl out? The pilots and copilots could easily keep the other pieces of logs up with their hands to prevent it from collapsing. The structure seemed short and not very complicated entangled. Also, it did not make sense that the log couldn’t hold Gu NiTing’s weight the first time he tried to climb up; yet, it ended up holding his weight and Cheng-xiao’s weight. If they want to keep the rescue scene, change the structure the boy was in to make it more believable and maybe have him be injured; thus, he would need someone to carry him out.

I hope that they will shift the focus more on aviation. I enjoy watching the earlier episodes because they focus on aviation, chasing after one’s dream, and the growth of the characters. The previous two episodes (19 and 20) are fine too because they talk about the gender bias and the fight for an improvement. Episodes 20-22 focus too much on romance. It would’ve been good and educational if they focus more on the training that they have to attend to refresh their skills and teach the viewers the important of the training. Overall, I enjoy the acting from the actors and actresses, particularly Wang Kai. He nailed the scene where his character did a presentation on gender and career. He successfully emoted different emotions (nervousness when he first spoke, surprised when he saw the first slide, shyness when he saw the script mentioning his handsomeness, more relaxing and happy when he saw the audience good reactions).

Looking forward to t next episodes about the rescue.
