The best actresses and actors evoke the strongest emotions, and KMJ is definitely one of them! That woman is a boss and I love her psycho a$$ ... Ga On being Yo Han's date was hilarious. Especially when the young one had to be saved from all those cougars. Though I definitely wanted to punch everyone at that damn table, Yo Han included. I felt and shared Ga On's disgust. .
As for those 2 guys gossiping and that awful professor, people Iike that always have something to say because they either have very empty lives or they see themselves as superior to others. In this case Na Bi should be smarter and consider the source, like she did with her ex. Which was a total boss btch move btw, I loved it!
Let's be honest, isn't this how things go in real life as well? We're very much aware of the fact that a person isn't looking for the same thing as we are, and yet we keep pushing forward. Also, as a viewer I really love how they manage to somehow make me question my own gut feeling about PJE, especially because we mostly see him through Na Bi's eyes. However, the red flags are never in the grand gestures but in the subtle things. And PJE has plenty of them. I see a lot of comments defending PJE or wanting to see the best in him and that's understandable as well. In the end you see people's character and actions through your own experiences and of those around you. You can tell which commenters have dealt with someone like PJE and however painful it might have been, those are some really valuable lessons to learn. ... Seol Ah is shady and I don't trust her for even a second. ... The SML is a cutie. I wish it was easier to be attracted to the healthy choice instead of the unhealthy one.
Growing up in a basement with an abusive father will mess up any child. His brother was the only one who protected and supported him. No way did Yo Han kill Isaac. I am really curious about the relation between Isaac and Ga On though.
Sun Ah is such an annoying psycho btch - KMJ really knows how to make people hate her characters.
Also, the cinematography of this show is amazing!! I can't wait for ep. 4 to be available with subs!
At this point both ML's annoy me.First the obvious: Sun Woo. Dude! She already said 'No'! Multiple. Times. And yet you keeps pushing yourself into her way by working at the same Subway and joining the history club etc. That's not cute, that's DISRESPECTFUL and TOXIC! Also, saying you would have stayed away if only her BF wasn't Woo Yeo?! What gives you the right? You're hardly friends, let alone more. She's not yours to protect and even if they do break up it doesn't mean you're right for her. Get you act together, become a better person and find someone else. Jeez! - Then: Woo Yeo. You keep asking Dam to be honest and get peeved when she's not entirely forthcoming. You ask her to keep her distance from Sun Woo, you basically spy on her and you're becoming a bit too much with your jealousy. Now the situation is a huge factor in this and you're not used to human emotions and such so a few of these things can be put into perspective. HOWEVER... you keep a lot of important things from Dam and you LIED!She doesn't even know you'll vanish if you don't succeed in becoming human. She thinks you'll stay the way you are while she grows older and is worried about you being alone again. While you won't even be here anymore if you keep procrastinating like this. DO. BETTER! - To anyone reading this. I'm sorry I just needed to get this of my chest. -For me, the friendships in this drama are the best and the second couple are just too adorable. It also truly shows the value of having great friends. We all need those even more than romantic relationships (imo). - The preview for the next episode gave me hope, but mostly because once again Hye Sun interferes. Woo Yeo really has a lot to learn, despite his old age. He should take an example of the 2 women in his life.
I understand why people don't like this show. It's not lovey dovey, it's manipulative on one side and naïve on the other. In my opinion it portraits a very realistic view of a certain relationship. PJE feels kinda narcissistic to me and his obvious lines make me laugh now, but I once fell for those as well. So many people want to believe that with them it's different. And once you're caught up in this sort of attraction you keep turning a blind eye or make up excuses for yourself and the other.
The thing is, NB knows he isn't right for her but it's exciting so she just follows her feelings.
In the end, I think that if you're hating this because it makes you feel angry, the writers are doing their job right.
I really love the chemistry between the leads and how the balance in their relationship isn't all askew merely because the ML is a mythical creature.
I especially enjoy the comedy and how the FL is completely true to herself.
The supporting cast is also amazing and really add to the story, especially Kang Na Ha. It's refreshing to not hate her character for once.
I wish I could binge this show because waiting for new episodes is torture! Might binge it during my vacation just to enjoy the entire story without breaks.
I like this show! It's easy and fun to watch. Although Hoo Joon has a knack for pissing me off, he is starting to grow on me. I am really hoping that the Geun Young will start to stand up for herself more though! She's such a badass actress and I need to see that reflected in her character.
Also.. I HATE Oh In Hyung. To me she's a fickle and weak character who keeps messing around with Hoo Joon and JJ (don't get me wrong, JJ is toxic af). She chose to leave Hoo Joon and she needs to stop using him to help her own career. Also, stop running to him and mess with his mind. He's not yours to lean on anymore.
The cast was great! The characters we're awful! I was really hoping for a movie that would explore the trials and tribulations of relationships and give us some depth. I guess my expectations were way too high because it was shallow and really unsatisfying. If you have an extensive 'plan to watch' list like I do, I would not put this movie on top of your list.
I really like this show! The FL is such a healthy character! In stead of resorting to self doubt and being passive aggressive, she chose to talk about her feelings and resolved it with the ML. We need more FLs who take charge like this!
Also... "This is mild" had me laughing out loud. And that last scene the ML had me swooning alongside the FL.

Also.. I'm obsessed with the music!
As for Jae Uhn, he's the type you should run away from quickly when you're not looking for a casual thing. And what's with all the touching?
But, I can't deny this show has got me intrigued for some reason (other than Song Kang's pretty face lol) so I'll keep watching for now.
