Yes most if not all Chinese sites and apps are banned here, that's why I have to use VPN for weibo and some sites…
WeTV is banned but Iqiyi is not tho. And some chinese series are banned and some are not, like I found WoH with eng sub from the main channel but untamed full is available only from Turkish tencent with no eng sub so I had to use vpn.

It was banned like 2 years ago so I don't how things are now but weibo is still banned
