Well do you guys think they will do the same as the webtoon this exact thing was in the true beauty webtoon the ml went abroad to take care of his father in the absence of him the sml and fl dated and they broke up and then when the ml came back they reconciled and ended up together but they didn't do the same in the kdrama and that drama was 16 episodes and here the drama is only 12 episodes of which 5 are over so I highly doubt they will follow the webtoon in this case
