yes its already aired you can watch it online if you don't need subtitles the 48 episodes are already out but if you need subs then at the moment there are only 6 episodes subbed so far :).

I've watched til episode 12 raw so far and saw 13 and 14 preview :) I think there will be 12 episodes in a week for VIP subscribers (like qq live etc) they get 4 episodes in advance and zhejiang tv and tencent online gets 8 episodes a week.
