Normally when I read a drama I used to imagine one actor😂that suits the characters. The FL here is a flirty type with an upright and kind personality and not the cute type. So I can’t really imagine her to be Tian Xiwei but maybe that’s bcz I haven’t watched any of her dramas yet. I would prefer someone who has a mature look ( like Lin yun and Sun zhenni) I like SZN’s character in TTEOTM. As for the ML he is the quiet type and handsome. Since I watched back from the brink recently I was imagining HMH as him😂. So as for the ml (Wang hedi, zhang linghe, HMH, li hongyi) are gd.

Well the novel had a kind of happy ending but it was not complete. That’s why I said that the novel was short. But I think the drama adaptation will be broad. I’ll spoil u a part since u have already started reading the novel u might get a kind of understanding. In the novel MXL was taken back to the demon realm by Sanqi ( who is her master) and she was forcefully given a tonic named Wuxin or something I’m not sure in order to forget her love for the Ml. And the novel ends from the part where the ML finds some sought of a flower to get her memories back and she drinks it. So basically it is a happy ending.
