I see your point. It seems the main characters keep getting distracted from their goals. Even Ok Ryeon has gotten pulled into other things before she could focus on her singing career. I'm feeling pretty bad for Shin Jung Tae too. All he wanted to do was support his family and he ends up getting pulled into a power struggle between Il Gook Hwe, Doo Sung, and Jung Jae Hwa. But I guess that's the fate of the lead role.

Oh, I suppose Secret Garden would count as a gender bender too! I didn't think of that! Ya, I found their role reversals to be very believable, so I'd say both leads definitely did a good job.

Haha, I plowed right through Nine. That was good. It was probably the most detailed time travel drama I've ever seen, and the end had me mind-blown.
Cool, I'm watching Inspiring Generation too! I agree, the writing seems a little choppy, but I like how they're showing more about the 1920s/30s than just Korea vs. Japan rivalry.
I've been so on the fence about starting Three Days, ugh! It sounds interesting, but I might wait to see what people think. Surprisingly, I haven't seen much of Son Hyun Joo. O.o Have you watched a lot of his dramas then?

Ahh, I have yet to watch Hana Kimi. I tried to watch it, but then I found two different first episodes, and I got all confused. I have no idea where to watch it now. @_@

Even though I love this drama, I'm glad I won't have to suffer withdrawal symptoms anymore. I swear, waiting for each episode just got tougher and tougher. T_T

I thought Yoon EunHye was really good at playing a guy in Coffee Prince. I don't know if I've seen any gender-bender roles that top her performance, actually. :o
