I was so excited for NWABU because of Jang Ki Yong but I when I found out she was the FL, my joy fizzled out almost immediately.

I liked HPL as well, but only because of KJW. Although, in the case of HPL, the writing was shitty towards the end.

I loved Go Kyung Pyo, which was why I stuck this drama out.

Another actress in this category is Song Hye Kyo. I don’t know why people act like she’s the queen of Kdramas , when everything she’s been in ( excluding DOTS) is a snooze fest.

Or maybe she’s the problem. Think about it. If you think of any of her dramas that you actually liked, you’d find that the co-star(s) carried the show.

For example, WWWSK. Park Seo Joon CARRIED.
City hunter. Lee Min Ho.
Healer. Ji Chang Wook.

She is the problem. When the ML’s character is supposed to be on the quieter side, the drama ends up being excruciatingly, painfully boring. She always needs a loud, fun co-star because she is a mediocre actress.

Okay, mediocre sounds harsh, but it’s the only word I can think of.
