I get what you mean for the pervious episodes sometimes they mixed he/she to yauno ;) . here, I don't mean what word he used. I mean
it was obvious where the conversation was going
"why is yauno dressing up as a boy?"
doesn't make a difference if he said "he" or "she"

The U-Turn, amnesia, getting a flu then it travels to other person, living in the same floor and same building, guy following the girl in the street around the city, an evil girl who likes the main guy, makeover or dress up at the mall, a lead guy who thinks he is sick but not in love and much much more x')
1) she figures out it's an experiment then play along with the three guys for revenge making them all fall crazy for her : ) but that will make her also at fault to some degree for tricking them too...
2) she finds out later on, confronts them while feeling hurt, cries a lot of tears, and one of them has to sacrifice himself to save her (from a bullet, or a pile of heavy books, or a fire or sth like that) which shows that her truly loves her.

Her character is annoying and unreasonable.
he is like the perfect guy. Unlike the usual jerks who we have to accept cuz they love the main girl and are sweet sometimes

The middle one, on the contrary, I didn't get why Oh My Ghost got so much hype.
In general, I totally understand how you feel. And there are so many dramas out there that I don't understand how they got NO HYPE haha
