Yes, it's really good, I gave it 10/10 and it's in my top 5 favorite dramas. But I don't know if you will like it, that depends on your taste. It's a realistic, slice of life drama and the characters are not flawless. The chemistry between Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin is awesome. Give it a try and you will see if you like it.

Okay, that's just your opinion. If Business Proposal and WWWSK can go that high, then this is a masterpiece. They are handling one diagnosis at the time/episode.
