I wonder how long we will have to wait before they release THOSE EPISODES but I think even if we're already dead…
the shows coming from all of these countries are so different, i don't think it's fair to compare them. still i understand what you mean with korean bl being new. but try looking at bls like the eighth sense or love for love's sake. korea is clearly improving a lot in a short time.
Thailand has a rich history when it comes to the amount of bls it produces, so it makes sense that what they have varies.

ranking the way countries adapt/create bl feels very iffy. there's a lot of great bls from all of these countries and a lot of bad/poorly made ones too. ofc you're entitled to an opinion but in this case i feel its bad manners to rank countries and say stuff like korean bl obviously being the worst, when so many great bls are being made and have been made there. it devalues those.
Ohhhh…🙄I was wondering why they were dubbing his lines..
i mean they're dubbing everyone's lines, it's a c-drama. but i believe he's actually speaking thai in meet you at the blossom (when you compare the thai and chinese dub), so it's more obvious that he's dubbed
i love the fact that so many Chinese bl dramas are airing recently! let's see if these will inspire a change in Chinese policy. They seem to be widely succesful and might bring a positive change, since they bring positive attention to China.

Yeah I did, altho it wasn't subtitles on the video, they were added in so that you can turn them off... Honestly wondering if i should make my own fan translation, but i wouldn't know how to publish that

Idk where the translation I'm watching came from exactly. Usually the site that I use uses the subtitles from the source which, in this case, is gagaoolala

Just some weird dialogue that didn't match what they were saying. I usually watch dramas in the background so I don't pay attention to everything they actually say and just catch the subtitles, they didn't make sense always though. At the start the issue was with names because there were like 4 different spellings of each name. They even got a Chinese spelling in there 😭😭
Love the show up until now but the subtitles were so clearly translated by AI or something similar. There's moments where they just don't make sense or don't catch the nuance and it sucks. Hope they get better!
Source: I speak Korean, although not fluently so I am still dependant on subtitles for parts...
so bad its actually good? like, half of the things that happen make no sense, the acting is lukewarm (and its…
A lot of mainland Chinese dramas are dubbed because a ton of people speak different dialects. This way everyone will be able to understand what the characters are actually saying. Same goes for a ton of other mainland Chinese dramas.
1. How is this different than the original We Best Love: Fighting Mr. 2nd?2. In case you're going through the…
the special edition has extended scenes which honestly makes it far superiour to the regular version, because certain characters and things get much more fleshed out. if you only watch the normal version, you're missing part of the story.
rewatched this again and while i do love it, the fact that they kept teasing a kiss throughout the show and then we don't even get a peck on the cheek kind of irks me...
Unlike most of the comments that I see here, I do enjoy the show. the only issue I really have is that the show feels kind of empty... I don't know what, but it's missing something. It's very slow-paced time-wise, which I think doesn't do it any favours.
Still looking forward to the last two episodes. I hope those'll work out the knots.
whatttt keng basically groomed non not to mention the power imbalance because keng is his teacher 😨
definitely not only because of the age gap. the money and his big brother act was all very groom-ey.
i've seen a lot of dramas before too with larger age gaps, but in this case it's a case of power imbalance and Non feeling like he owes Keng. just because Keng cared for Non's safety, does not mean he isn't a groomer.
the way the scenes where Keng and Non are together are shot and edited, they're meant to make you feel uncomfortable. you may not have noticed but from a filmmaking perspective it is clear that Keng had ill intentions
I was enjoying everything, then ... the bracelet, the fortune-teller and the supernatural theme intervened, rather…
It's really cute, but you really need to accept that it's like a completely random story with the two of them if you want to continue. I do think it's worth the watch, but it also feels like it's sort of an au fanfiction? I hope that can at least help you decide on if you want to watch it.
