this is so logical and actually takes into account the feelings, experiences and perspectives of EVERYONE, not just the person who’s been hurt. like this yt user said, people seem to just forget about the details shown to us in previous episodes which means they base opinions on what was shown most recently. from what was shown most recently, lune is evil, ivy is manipulative, star is evil and they’re all unreliable liars. that’s why we need ✨backstories✨and take ✨intentions✨into account people👏👏👏

you said he was “up there in the worst friends list” so you do think badly of him. anyway I agree that your friend dating the girl that you like and just confessed to isn’t the best thing and lune knows that. that’s why he tried to keep it a secret. do I agree with him lying about it? no but he did it to protect white’s feelings(which didn’t work out in the end). and why is nobody talking about star in all of this? she also got into a relationship with lune KNOWING that white liked her yet nobody brings that up?

he definitely hasn’t done anything wrong. especially in this epsiode because he tried his hardest to tell white but white unknowingly refused to let him. lune couldn’t just be like “oh haha yeah I’m dating star lmao hope ur cool with that” right after white said he didn’t want to know if star was dating, could he? in all the episodes previously, he tried to keep it a secret to not hurt white. sure, he could’ve been more(like a lot more) secretive about their relationship and not avoided white but I believe he tried enough. love is an inescapable feeling after all and he obviously wanted to spend time with his girlfriend. I think people need to put themselves in his shoes a bit more because he didn’t do anything evil or with hate, he just did whatever wouldn’t hurt anyone’s feelings and I respect that. someone else mentioned that he was probably scared to tell white because he didn’t want a repeat of what happened in his old school. fair enough right? but people don’t seem to understand that for some reason.

it might be because of their roles though. lune is meant to be how Phuwin portrays him but dunk has definitely improved from hidden agenda

what I meant by “he handled what was thrown at him okayish” was that when white said he didn’t wanna know who star’s bf(if she had one) was, Lune couldn’t just be like “oh haha lmao yeah I’m her boyfriend lol hope you don’t mind” or something so he acted appropriately.

update: it did not disappoint. my heart is absolutely shattering for white and even a little bit for Sera because they both deserved to know much earlier. white especially because lune and star were distancing themselves from him and he was left alone and probably felt really unwanted. I didn’t dislike Lune this episode because I think he handled what was thrown at him okayish? but it was the build up of lying to white that throws me off because sure he did it to protect him but it would come out one day right? like they’re being pretty obvious that something is happening between them and if they wanted to keep it silent, they should’ve been much more slick about it. Also I had a feeling that Sunny would be Nana. I knew she would use that to try to get white to be with her but clearly that didn’t work because White found out in a different way.

Anyway enough of the depressing stuff; JEWELTAN ARE SO DAMN CUTEEEE. like the disguising himself as the chauffeur thing was such a smart and cute thing to do to find out Jewel’s feelings likeeeeeee; wizard boy has all the tricks up his sleeve(get it😭?). also why was tan telling jewel his name for the first time more intense than a normal BL confession?! crazy.

About the acting, everyone involved in the scene where White finds out KILLED ITTTT. Especially Dunk and Lookjun in the scene outdoors afterwards. Dunk has definitely improved a lot and could portray the emotions of his character so perfectly. and then lookjun is just amazing with all of her characters. Phuwin also acted the emotional scenes out pretty well for his character; the expressions, body language and (lack of) speech seems very accurate for Lune and somewhat reflects his past experiences where the same thing happened.

All in all, this episode was hecking good im so looking forward to the next one(no jeweltan preview again😭)

One of my favourite parts of watching such a good, intense series is the discussion that comes out of it. I look forward to seeing what everyone has to say on here the day after the episode has aired and read/post rants about what we liked and didn’t like.

So here’s mine:
Damn this episode was really quite something wasn’t it? Lune has become so bold after last episode(always the quiet kids lol😭) and im honestly so here for it. I didn’t expect LuneStar to jump straight into something so big(the baking scene) after not that long so that definitely shocked me. Also Lune’s dad is such an icon he reminds me of Pete’s dad from Dark Blue Kiss. LuneStar is peak chemistry but Lune should’ve told the complete truth instead of telling some and not the rest, especially because Star LITERALLY SAW SERA DRAG LUNE UPSTAIRS BY HIS WRIST(😭😭😭). But then again, he’s just 16 and we can’t expect him to know how everything should play out in a relationship so I definitely can never hate him for that. I think he might just be a bit of a wuss sometimes when it comes to telling Star stuff(flashback to the confessions).

Tan really slapped Jewel back into reality with that speech and honestly I think he needed it. He needed to be reminded that not everyone is nearly as fortunate as he is and that
people have things to do and can’t always make time for non-important things. Im glad Jewel learnt from that and talked to tan but THE KISS?!? THAT WAS SO RANDOM I SWEAR(this is definitely not me complaining).

I can definitely see WhiteIvy being together even if they don’t like to picture themselves like that. I feel like with Lune and Star spending more time together, White and Ivy have adjusted and also started hanging around with eo? I just think they’re getting closer and will most likely figure out their feelings before the series ends.

From the preview of episode 6, we saw LuneStar being photographed together all lovey dovey. We now know that that person is called “Sunny”. WHO THE FREAK IS SUNNY? I genuinely think Star made that like a code name or nickname for someone or perhaps it’s someone that we haven’t even been introduced to yet. In which case, the cast have kept that a damn good secret. If it’s the code/nickname option then I have no idea who that could be. Perhaps it’s Sera? Star is quite close with her so a nickname makes sense. Maybe it’s Ivy? I doubt it because Ivy isn’t that weird of a person and also doesn’t mind Star and Lune together. Maybe it’s Nana? Maybe she’s planning to show these pictures to White to make him stop pursuing Star and consider her as an option for him? I’m waiting ever so patiently for this person to be revealed knowing I’ll probably hate their guts when they are.

I think the person in love with Ivy is more likely to be White from what has been shown in the past couple episodes. It could also be Milk(?!) but she appears only in episode 6 or Nana but she’s taking a lot of interest in White. Maybe while nana is chasing white she realises her feelings for ivy? it can also be sera but I think she’s more into getting back with Lune(probably not happening now after episode 6). So I highly doubt there will be a proper GL couple but maybe, we never know. Gmmtv might manage to surprise us?

now that you’ve mentioned that nothing comes to mind when you think about clues that could’ve been dropped on set, this is even more confusing. either this “sunny” person is in plain sight or they’ve been very VERY good at hiding who it is/who plays them. makes me more excited for the rest of the series and I was already hooked:))

it might feel strange that LuneStar are minors and having sex but they’re over the age of consent so it’s technically okay. The messages from the person called “Sunny” are honestly perplexing. is Sunny a completely new character for someone nobody knew would show up? is it a code name? a nickname? Because that character name doesn’t show up when you search for the cast of the series, even in the guest characters. I guess we’ll find out
