Do you really believe is it ok to scornfully mock a country for being conservative? I am sorry for being so blunt, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with being conservative. There is indeed a problem when basic human or civil rights (such as equality) are not respected as a result. The West is currently going through decadence and a deep moral crisis. I honestly don't believe we have any moral authority, let alone superiority, to lecture or scold Koreans for being conservative.

I am 100% sure you didn't mean to be rude, though. In the case I misunderstood your comment, I would be very grateful if you explained to me what you meant. Last but not least, please don't get me wrong, I believe there are many things that should change in Korea right now.

The police could have entered through the restroom's hole, but he could have killed some hostages as a reaction. They could have also entered through the restroom's window before he blocked it. The police wasted some precious time.

Now, in my view, there are only three options:

1. Use IR devices to track down the teacher's position and plant explosives on the floor beneath him. Then the explosives could be activated and neutralize him. He is not with the hostages most of the time, so this option would not risk the hostages' lives.

2. Another option, but potentially more risky to the hostages if the teacher finds out and/or has enough time to react, would be to plant explosives on the windows and storming the place from the roof. This option would also require an IR device to track down the teacher's position.

3. Sniping him. There are many IR scopes for sniper rifles, and many sniper rifles have enough firepower to break through that kind of glass. The trickiest issue here would be finding a good spot to place the snipers.

Am I the only one who thinks the police could rescue the hostages with relative ease?

I don't mean to generalize, but I bet they are the same kind of women who go for bad guys and end up sobbing about how terrible all men are. Lee Hyuk is a psychopath and has some bipolar personality disorder traits. I cannot fathom how anyone would sympathize or even like him as a man after all he's done.

Good ending but a little disappointing. There are a few things left unexplained. Overall very good drama, though.

She's a poor woman. No one has ever really loved her and her family not only neglects her but even her own mother turned her into a potential scapegoat for embezzlement. She's not evil, unlike Hyuk and the empress dowager.

I believe she's being held captive by the anti-monarchists. Don't you remember they took her right after she found out Chun Woo Bin was Na Wang Shik?

No one cares about those pointless highlight reels! They are just a sad excuse to delay the drama.
