When Mu Deok's (real JBY)body petrified 3 years back, Jin family saved her. Naksu and real JBY both were residing in that body, but Naksu's soul was dominant. Master Lee said he can only save JBY's body. If he choose to save JBY's soul both JBY and Naksu will die. Jin mama was obsessed with carrying the powerful bloodline of the priestess , so she wanted to save the powerful body at least. Therefore master lee saved the body along with Naksu's soul. JBY is dead. Since it is a petrified body, when it was recovering to a human form again ,it took the shape of Naksu's features as it was her soul that was occupying the body. That is why we have the original actress playing Naksu in part 1 ep 1 here again. As master Lee used Naksu's power to recover her she lost her memory and power both. Naksu thinks she is JBY bcz she was told so. But she actually is Naksu.

Now she is fancily dressed up and introduce herself as JBY. No one would realize it is the assasin from years back. Other thing is that everybody remembers mudeok as Naksu not that much of the vague memory of real body. I think later when they ineracts with her more, they will find the resemblance. These are just my guesses though
