Well, they were dating secretly. And ML doesn't know about their relationship either. And I guess there are some things about siblings they have never revealed, like whether they are close or not. There must be a reason that no one knows about it (like sis must not want her bro to be compared with her or something like that) Even the coaches got to know about it only after seeing his resume.
