Ye Hua ! He's my fav but he is not perfect. (I might be reading too much into this but please indulge me)
1. He had no business falling in love with a moral, especially observing what happened to his uncle (that's why he envied him) . He simply loves her so I get it!
2. He could not protect her! and he kept on lying to himself and her. If that's how a person gets treated in heaven, let me keep my ass on earth LOL.
3. He took her eyes and gave it to his side chick??? (concubine) after he knows that it is all lies. WHAT??!!! She asked him not to betray her. He failed her horribly as a husband even thou he was trying to keep her alive. Hear me out. Su Su is a poor girl that woke up one day on earth with no friends, family, no money, nothing! no connection to anything. In some ways, she's like a baby. She meets Ye Hua and falls in love and the one thing she asks and clearly states: Do not betray me or else I will leave(I think this is from her past experience with Li Jing, deep down inside she know she can't handle betrayal and that's why she gets depressed, drunk or just sleeps her sadness away. This Goddess is just like the rest of human beings)
4. How the hell could he not figured out that Su Su was still alive after burning that Lamp for 300 years????!!! This is one of the major holes in the plot for me and I was so disappointed in Ye Hua. On top of that, he almost used his soul to light that damn Lamp uhg.! .... -___- !!!
But at last everything else he does after makes up for his mistakes
Great watch but I wish the FL and ML l would have loosened up around each other a little more, they did not seem entirely comfortable around each other. The male lead neck never moved once -_- ....wow
