This is just from my understanding, I cud be missing a few things bcz of bad subs-> So basically both the Zhang bros and Zhou Yingchen (Yang bo's mom) were in that orphanage all together where they met that Zhou guy(Zhou Huaijing's mom's first husband) who started the whole kidnapping the girls for his own use... As for Fan Siyuan, the genetic bill passing for apaths was what he wanted and Huo Xiao's death at the hands of the Organization only strengthened his resolve as Huo Xiao was his student. That's why he caused all this mess with the Janitor/Reciter thing for revenge
