I think you didn't watched the drama...

First of which zombie survived from stabbing and falling, it was a mutant one... It has more powers and ability...

For the archery they were aiming for the head that's why zombies died...

School was not only place that got the attack.. The whole city was under attack..
Most of kids from school were already zombies..
They didn't knew there survivors..

Kids horrible??
