Gao Han Yu is so good looking. I love his mono-lid eyes.
He carry himself very well. This is the first time I watch his drama. He doesn’t look as handsome as alot of cdrama actors but he look great here

Would have liked them to show the aunt defeat and losing everything.
The aunt is banished to the cold palace. She would be isolated there with her maid n bare minimum. Cdrama always portrayed cold palace as a prison for the royal consorts n concubines who did wrong. The aunt is a guifei - if not mistaken, that’s a position just beneath the empress. And to be banished to the cold palace mean she cannot come out from there and won’t see anyone except her maids. I think that’s a fate worse than death for someone like her

How true. I personally don’t like some big budget dramas/movies and A lister actresses/actors so I just don’t bother watching whatever shows they r in regardless of how many ppl rave abt it. But I don’t go on public forum or MDL to rant. And no point going to YouTube to hear youtuber rant o rave abt the shows. U just trust ur own feeling n no need other ppl to influence u. Love it - watch it…Hate it - drop it !! Simple solution
