Not sure. But speculated to be the licensing issues. Linmon Pictures and Youku on youtube should have the subs when the time comes but for now there is no news on releasing the series internationally.

There wont be any english subs unless its fan subbed. I doubt they will be releasing the drama on any platform anytime soon. Should be only exclusive to Youku Mainland
