It got me thinking really deep when Hao Jia said 'it's karma'. Well, indeed I guess it is karma. I mean, in other c drama with similar plot, it would be easy to hate Hao Jia from the very beginning: a young girl, plotting a trick to seduce crown prince who already has a wife, using up all her beauty and youth to steal the attention and care... But somehow in this drama, being put into this young girl's perspective, I believe none of us actually hate her, in fact we all support her and want her to get 2nd chance to be free and happy...
Btw, the actress who played Hao Jia is insanely beautiful!

Me too! For me, these two are my favorite couple! They both are so sweet and hilarious...though, their screen time has no significant plot, but I do enjoy their scenes!
I used to think, if only Hao Jia was married to 5th prince...then she might be truly loved and be happy. But come to think about it again, maybe not! Because 5th prince initially was a playboy, and I think if he ever married Hao Jia, he would soon take concubines...and Hao Jia is not Jing, so she might not be able to stop 5th prince to take concubines...

Maybe I just have had too much of cutesy FL in c drama land that I want mature type like Hao Jia…but agree with you, thx god they didn’t combine the cuteness and stupidity like the typical FL in c drama, at least this FL has the brain when she really puts her effort into it. But, really, I wanna see her acting more mature especially around our ML…I mean, a kiss or two won’t hurt :(
