LB is arrogant, he came from nothing and worked hard to earn money...and now that he has it...he thought money can solve everything. But his action during earthquake for me was not that hard to understand. He knew rescue things (later it would be explained why he knew a lot of these stuffs) through reading, but he never really got involved in real rescue...plus he was panic, he just wanted his sister to be saved (also explained later why he was so attached to his sister)...so he acted ridiculously...yeah...
But he is getting better and better...he loves to save people, although yeah, he is still arrogant, haha...
