Jinmi is always gonna have that special place in my heart. I know she could be so annoying due to her stupidity, but if you analyzed this character deeply, Jinmi is probably saddest and most tragic character in the fantasy world. All her life, she had been fooled and cheated from being her true self...and when she managed to be her true self, she lost everyone she loved, yet still being used and cheated...and then in the end, her whole life existence was to create chaos that destroyed the whole universe...and she again had to sacrifice...so sad...omg...

Agree. Totally different for me. I know it is hard not to see Jinmi in YD considering the similar style and clothing, but please...if you remove YZ's face, I bet nobody is talking about Jinmi. It is all visual, YZ has successfully made Jinmi so iconic that this character attached to her. But really, Jinmi is the short-term and narrow-minded type, she did everything for immediate reward (power!) and she had no emotion. YD has value and dignity, and full of emotion apparently. Jinmi (without the pill) was all dark and shady due to her desperation, YZ played her really well, you could suddenly feel the whole aura in Jinmi changed and she almost had no life within after the wedding arc...I am yet to see the part where YD is on the most desperate situation...I still believe I wouldn't see Jinmi in YD in such situation...
You know...maybe the censorship team just intentionally rejected those 8 edits so they could force the team to come out with more edits so they could enjoy watching hyx over and over again!

Then you should watch Untamed, she is gorgeous in that show. She goes really well in red!!! Untamed is a gem, but to enjoy it, you need to pass thru first 3 episodes! Hang in there, and I promise you won't regret!

Honestly, nobody knows for sure. I have heard news about hyx got license here and there, but never a confirmed or official one... Logically, if it has received license, I don't see any reason tencent not airing it asap...
I don't like Meng ZIYi make up in this drama at all. I don't know why, she looked gorgeous in Untamed and Condor Heroes, but here she looks old and always pouty...
