Glad that I am not the only one crazy about the audio! I love her voice, love her accent...even more than her visual look! This is the first time my ears are more satisfied than my eyes!
I cannot hate him...I mean, given such circumstance, you really had not much choice. Either you lost both sides, or you lose one but gain something in return. He could be stubborn and fight for FL, but they both might end up dead being killed by Gao. Or he let go of FL and at least get his career... I think even if he acted noble by giving up his whole career and be with FL...the Gao family might not let them live in peace.
Although, I think deep inside...he did choose what he did for his personal ambition. Although he had guilty conscience, but he still had greed. I mean, even if there was no death threat, I doubted he would give up Gao (and his career) for FL... I feel that for once in c drama land, this bad guy really makes sense. He is not total bad (most c dramas would portray a super bad villain who seemed to be so bad that it didn't make sense how a human could be so bad), but he maintained his conscience, his greed, his ambition, his love etc...he really portrays a normal human being who has to make choices in life to survive or to achieve his first priority. I hope after he comes back, he will not be typical villain who suddenly become 100% bad.
Song Yinzhang is so pretty...her body language is so cute, awkward, and innocent at the same time! And Sanniang, oh gosh...her lips...argh...so perfect! And, I think I don't need to say anything on Pan'Er 😁
