From what I am being told, BL adaptation will not be broadcasted on tv, only web. I think this all effeminate things target more on those actors who wear heavy make up, feminime, pretty boys kind of things...that's why they target a lot on boy band, pop idols etc...

Then, who can be 'effeminate'??? All these characters are fierce enough to be effeminate...
