if you want to see a really messed up daily k-drama, it would be Unpredictable Family - i dont recommend watching that train wreck but i had to post a family tree of sorts in the discussion area because we all had a hard time figuring out who was related to who and how. it was worse than this mess. 😂

if seon ju is the bio daughter of Chairman and his deceased first wife - Chu Ah is bio daughter of chairman and Soon Ae - so they would be half-sisters.

we dont know who he is yet - we think he may be Sang Ah’s bio dad.
the people in the pendant - the single man pic is the man HM saved years before but Soon Ae lied that she was the one who saved him. He is Jung Bae’s father -
the other picture of the man and woman is Jung Bae (chairman/CEO and his deceased wife, Seol Hee, who died after being in the car accident with Soon Ae.
-Taeri had the pendant - he found it in the trashcan after Soon Ae had thrown it away in a fit of anger when she found it in Jung Bae’s desk drawer.

ive seen some dramas where it turned out none of the kids had the same father, same mother, or none wererelated. so it can happen. 😂

we dont have enough dads to go around for all these kids. 😂

remember i talked about the eldest son comment that HM made after she , mi ju and seon ju left the salon in the earlier episodes - she asked seonju if an eldest boy was not ever mentioned.

i agree. he is very methodical in his thinking - like the way he kept his emotions under control and looked for evidence that his wife was cheating with nam jin - and he found it on the dash camrecorder. then he trailed her to their secret lover’s apartment - so yesh, he keeps his plans close to his vest. which is a good thing.

well there was another child (a baby) in ep 12 or 14 that was shown next to jin ju in a flashback and HM referred to them as her “girls” when she talked to Soon Ae on the phone in present days while reminiscing about the fun they had back then - so i believe she did have Seon Ju already.

well since it is a mutual divorce, she thinks she can have the upper hand but now his next step should be to hire a lawyer.

i think So Woo is not meek at all - he just stays silent while calculating his next move. he isnt about to tell yer his moves ye yas planned - just like ye didnt let her find out they submitted their drawings for the cintest - he is always a step ahead of her but he takes his time to think things out. smart on his part.

i did some research on divorces in SK last year (another k-drama daily i watched had me researching) and the only think preventing a divorce in the case of adultery would be, in this instance, Sang Ah wanting it but So Woo doesnt. the innocent party can prevent a divorce from happening unless they want it - basically if i am cheated in and i dont want to divorce, my husband cannot even file for it because the guilty party cannot file. if i decide i want to divorce my cheating scumbag husband, i can file and get my divorxe. the guilty party in adultery is not allowed to file for divorce. so So Woo has a right to file, which he did, and get his divorce. Sang Ah thinks them “living together” is the same thing she and Scumbag NJ are doing but in this case, So Woo and Seon Ju have a contract they wrote out as landlord and tenant - that is what will likely save So Woo from this mess - it proves they are living there as tenant and landlord and not lovers.

So Woo - we know he is an orphan - he must have been adopted because he and Tae Ri go home to visit his dad.
Seon Ju - looks like they are lining it up for her to Jung Bae and Seol Hee’s daughter
HM - she had 3 daughters - is waiting fir a man to return - we know her husband would go deep sea fishing when Seon Ju was a baby and Jin Ju was a kid - mi ju wasnt born yet in the flashbacks
Soon Ae - has an eldest son that we dont know about yet, was with a man that use to beat her - was pregnant with Sang Ah when she left with Jung Bae after she lied about saving his dad - lied to Jung Bae and let him believe Sang Ah was his daughter that his deceased wife had after the car accident
Jin Ju’s high school friend - could he be the eldest son of Soon Ae?
Sang Woo’s mom has a picture of a woman and a pre-teen/young teen boy - makes the comment “is this fool still alive” - we dont know who the two are…..it also seems Sang Woo’s mom had another son besides Sang Woo that has died - i think i vaguely remember that being mentioned at the very beginning? so who is Sang Woo’s father?
Nam Jin - his father is unknown but his mom has said they were wealthy at one point
Are any other the Pi girls related to each other? Mi Ju is much younger than Seon Ju and Jin Ju - and we know MH’s husband has been missing fir a while - did mi ju and jin ju have different fathers? are they both adopted too?

oh yes, i wondered the same thing too - that he may have overheard her that first time they were talking in the bedroom and when Soon Ae came out she got scared when she saw him standing there.
chairman isnt well though - he has a lot of head pain - wouldnt be surprised if he has a stroke at some point.

you know sang ah is gonna find out - and we know Soon Ae already knows Seonju is the real daughter - so she will most likely tell Sang Ah at some point - so they are gonna do their best to keep Seonju from So Woo AND the chairman.
and yes, Sang Ah is a class A delusion b*tch. sorry, i usually do not call women that name but these 3 are absolutely that. Sang Ah is horrible and i am with you - what makes her think So Woo cant get a divorce without her? He can, just might take longer but he can get it. Nam Jin deserves what he gets. he should have kept his pants zipped -he could have had it all eventually had he remained faithful and married - but now SeonJu willbe the heir and he will have nothing. serves him right. he and sang ah deserve each other.
