Oh yeah, definitely - everyone protests the relationship but it is more the 2 exes because they hate each other so they dont want their kids involved because that would mean the would be in-laws. LOL What episode are you on?

Thanks - looks like there is only one episode subbed from August - I dont have twitter so I can't ask - just went to their site and clicked on their wordpress. Can't access their drama site because you have to be registered and registration is closed. Oh well - thank you anyway.

so the ML is actually the step-son to Jung-Ae - he isn't her bio son - his dad was married before and his wife died. He was 2 or 3 when Jung Ae first met him.

So the bio connections are only with Jung -Ae's kids - her two children from her first marriage and her daughter from her second marriage. ML and his sister are actually half-brother and Half sister - and then on her ex's side the two kids he had with Jung-Ae are half brother and half-sister to FL - but FL and ML have no bio connection nor step sibling connection.
Like I said, it is very complicated and makes your brain hurt trying to figure it all out.

actually not step siblings either - there is no relation between them because they don't have the same bio parents or step parents. But yes, a lot of people said it felt incestuous but really there are no grounds for it because they aren't blood related not did they grow up with each other - and they aren't step-siblings either.

I am still traumatized by this terrible drama and Apple of My Eye. 😂

He was the only character i liked. Really wanted to smack the rest of the characters. Lol they were all so annoying.

No not incest. So her two kids from her first marriage are the two oldest that live with the dad. The dad then has a daughter (FL) with his current wife.

The ex-wife then marries the ML’s dad - he already had ML from a previous marriage as well - then they have a daughter together. So FL and ML are not blood related at all but their siblings are - so ML;s sister is half sister to FL’s half-brother and sister because they share the same mom. ML and FL do not share same parents. Thats why it is so complicated! I posted a family tree under discussions. I tried to make it as simple as possible but i dont recommend this drama to anyone. 😂

I totally agree with Choice #1 - Hidden Love is my all time favorite drama - i adore it.

just ignore them- they will go away eventually. I find these kinds of dramas disgusting. There was another J-drama not too long ago where the female lead was, again, involved with one brother and then years later met the younger brother then was having a fling with both. Pure trash. I typically don't watch j-dramas because of the overacting and histrionics put on by the actors (usually the females) - every once in a while you will find a good one - I am re-watching the J version of She was Pretty - despite the FL's overacting at times it's pretty decent. I have just learned to be super picky about the J-Dramas I watch because a lot of them are just plain weird or pedo-ish. They seem to have an affinity for underage with an adult story lines.
