This is what I was thinking too - she is not married to KS anymore and KS is JD’s legal guardian. She needs KS to remarry her so she can become Jd’s guardian and get her stem cells - otherwise she needs Ks’s permission. I am not sure if the patient is her or her child - I think it’s her child and that child could possibly be in that hospital already - this may be why no one can get her on her phone during the day. I find it strange she renounced her SK citizenship only to return to SK months later. This tells me she isn’t planning to come back to SK permanently.
I figure it must be her child because if she was the one sick, she would get a better response from KS by admitting the truth but once he knows she remarried and had another child, he will hit the roof.

I got the feeling that none of the Writers, the producers, nor the director were ever invested in this drama. If you look at how the upcoming daily and weekend dramas were promoted vs this one - you wouldn't even think this drama existed. It’s such a shame that these people mentally bailed on this drama from the start. Makes me wonder why they even bothered to produce it.

I wasnt going to watch this one but after seeing the teaser i think i will. The leads “look” like they have good chemistry. I hope that pans out.
