I think the wedding plans are a scheme by the chairman to test the Dong men. I am sure he knows they are up to no good. I am hoping Director Choi tells him this tomorrow in their meeting together. I am hoping Chairman springs a prenup on Dong Jr.

Me too! I figured he was a scammer but does make you wonder - what if he is Sun Ju’s man? It’s just weird that a drama would introduce a character like that then he just disappears - if it were a character that played someone passing by on the street and asked for directions, i’d get it - or even just made the comments to Ye Ju that he thought she did great in the interview and then left - but they went out for coffee and had spent quite a bit of time together because she didn’t get home until late that night and was telling JD all about him like a school girl in love. Then we never heard him mentioned again after she didn’t get the job.

I’ve been wondering this too but the KBs site states in JH’s character bio that JH does everything he can to keep KS and MR apart once they decide to be together. So JH will be around until the end of the drama. Plus there is still the unresolved battle between him and his dad.

JH is stupid though. His arrogance and ego makes him believe he can never lose to anyone. You know the Bible passage - Pride goes before a fall. That’s JH. His pride will be his downfall. His dad absolutely knows what he is up to and I am sure he is making or has already made plans on what to do should the marriage deal fall through.

Yep. I keep asking myself what was the whole purpose of the guy from the interview that Ye Ju crushed in for a second? Why even introduce a character like that for a millisecond and then expect us to forget about it? The storyline for the side characters are just so disjointed at times.

I thought it odd that KS is getting a personal call about Sun Ju when SS said they set up a call center for that. So how did this person get his number? Was it from the posters he had put up or from the porridge package?

I love them too but we aren’t even getting them now. We had soooo many couples we could have been watching their stories unfold but instead we get JH and his side chick and SD and his many women along with aunty ding Dong.

As you can tell I am quite frustrated this week with this drama. Maybe after this week is done I can calm down more and just go with the flow for a bit again. 😂

The guy basically tells you there was something going on - what part of “it’s really over NOW.” that you did not get? I am thinking SS will start seeing KS in a better light now. I think those two will bond even more after what he has been going through. This might make him a bit more sympathetic to KS - at least I hope so.

I know it’s just so frustrating we are being tortured in a slow painful way to get there.

On the bright side, I *think* chairman is going to give permission for them to get married then drop a prenup on JH.

Hmm I think SD is actually going to encourage KS to go after MR. He has seen the looks KS gives MR and he already suspects his son likes her - and KS didn’t exactly deny it either when SD asked him if he liked MR. MR is a bigger fish than HR to hook in SD’s eyes.
