His mother didn’t register him. That’s what SD said yesterday. Because he was a single dad he could even register KS’s birth. Unmarried parents only mom can register a birth. They changed that law in 2015 but unmarried fathers still have a hard time registering their babies. So yeah, sounds like she had KS and dumped him in SD who then dumped him on his mother. She could have adopted him? I don’t know how all that worked since they haven’t said but he had to be registered to be able to own a business - to even get married too. So someone registered him
