They actually treated her better than TK - grandma was already sending her on errands to get TK and bring him home after CM would beat him up. She was being bullied by other kids at school - when she kicked her dad out she was screaming about it to him.

She just didn’t like being poor around the Gong family - her status wasn’t the same as theirs anymore and she hated them for that.

Hm maybe - I think it happened before she got married though - because he confessed to her either just before or right after she got engaged. She may have married HW to cover up her pregnancy with him but then she miscarried. It’s just speculation on my part.

I think it has something to do with the wealth her dad lost because she feels like she is owed that company. We know the families were friends and both wealthy but somehow her dad lost all his money - it really hasn’t said how but I think the Gong family was involved in that somehow because they have bent over backwards trying to help them ever since - even bought the academy for the dad - you don’t do that unless you feel guilty about something. So I think she was hoping to get in the family and take the company or find evidence that they were responsible for her family’s downfall.

When she thought she was going to marry TK and CS asked her if she wanted any other position in the company - he would grant it as his new daughter-in-law - she wanted to go to the finance department. Why? She doesn’t have a finance background - she is in charge of the secretaries. I think she was plotting a takeover. And guess who is coming back to work in the finance department? J. H. 🤔

Yes I agree to a point - I just don’t understand how a mother that loves her child would ever allow this abuse to continue like it did. She has been a coward imo. But I do feel YD is helping her find her inner strength to start standing up to these toxic family members.

I think it was mentioned that he confessed to her right before or just after her engagement but she ended up marrying HW - I think he or HW mentioned he didn’t know she was engaged at the time so it was just another thing she kept secret from public - so I am wondering if she ever even loved HW - but yes, their connection seems to be the miscarriage and why she allowed her husband to think she had an abortion.

I wasn’t sure about him at first but I don’t think he is a terrible guy like JH but he definitely had something with JM.

And THAT is why he fell in love with her. She is the only person who has stayed by his side, defending him, protecting him, standing up for him - she has donewhat even his own mother would not do. Oh my gosh, it’s gonna make me cry again just thinking about it.
