I am thinking grandma said that before she knows YD is going to be her teacher. Most likely after she realizes that she is going to want YD to come back in order for BN to keep her secret. Yep, I am thinking around Ep 25 give or take an episode before or after that. Someone said they heard JH returns in episode 23 so we know he will show up around the time they confess their feelings.
