It was just a thought because boys are valued more than girls - especially for those chaebol families. We still don't know her rich family dynamics. And i have learned with k-dramas to never rule out anything because anything can be possible. Her father could have forced her to get married to someone else. I never knew about the ages of the characters except she was 27. So is this their actual age or Korean age?

Did i miss that part of it revealing he is older? I know Junho is older by two years but i don't believe they ever said anything about MW - he and SY got hired through the same hiring process so they would be the same age just coming out of their law school graduation and we already know SY and YW went to law school together so it seems to me all 3 of them are the same age.
