Totally agree with everything you said cause I thought the same things. Run girl run! Red flags flying up everywhere. I think she is only staying with him because she feels like she can’t hurt him since he’s already been hurt. But that is never a reason to stay with someone. I think he’s behind that door, probably cheating on her too but it’s ok in his mind because it’s work. He’s probably behind that Quinhe company. Severely disappointed in YL.

I think he covered up her marriage scandal to her French husband with his own dating scandal - not covering up her divorce because that just happened. Now she’s divorced and coming back.

So I am thinking the older star YS brought back may be TS’s mom. She went off and married some French guy - a director or celebrity? I can’t remember. TS has nightmares about her - watching her walk a red carpet as a kid. So I think when she got married, he created his own scandal to protect her;s from being a big deal. ? Just a theory.

Yeah, just seems like ML, once again, is not going to stop being a jerk. We are over halfway through and although he has had some progress, it’s not been much.

I agree with you about the senior. Something just seems a bit off with him. I also wondered if his ex is the 2FL too because they both seem to have showed up around the same time frame. But didn’t they say his ex dumped him 5 -6 years earlier when he graduated college?

Yeah he is still annoying me because he just doesn’t seem to be getting it. He still is treating her so shabbily. Now he’s obsessed because she moved and didn’t tell him. What is really annoying me is how sweet and gentle he is with his first love and still acts terrible toward NM. Honestly, I am at the point that I’d rather she get with WR or Max from the bottle company. Although I am not entirely sure WR is a nice as he appears to be…..but still, he at least respects her as a professional and a human being. ML just talks to her and treats her like she is beneath him and a servant for him. Can you tell I am annoyed? 😂

Me too!! I think we will see it. He obviously has been somewhat jealous of her senior but I want to see him be more jealous.

Halfway through so we have a while to go and the ex is just now showing up. But yeah, he hasn’t truly realized that he really has feelings for NM. I think him treating her like crap has been like a self-protection mode to keep her at a distance - he keeps telling her that the reason he’s kept her around so long is because she knows better than to like him - so he has subconsciously kept her at arms length and fooled himself into thinking that he is waiting for the ex. But I bet we see that the ex ends up leaving him again. She’s probably had a fight with her fiancé but will go back to him or something to that effect. And NM is probably going to see WR more and that will cause JM to be jealous.

I finally got caught up - wow. He really is changing but now we have the ex to deal with.

I’m on episode 11 - he is still acting like a jerk but at least he’s starting to listen to his friend. 😂 I loved how they all ignored his calls.

Just finished episode 5 and I am sooooooooo ticked off at those people in her office - and her main boss - he better have a great character development because he has treated her like trash up til now..he’s talked to her like she has no brains in her head. And that guy stealing her project - I knew he was up to no good.but how could Ji Meng just treat her evidence lie it was nothing? Arrrggghh. This has been one frustrating drama to watch so far.
