They do physical training daily but some just donāt hit the gym for muscle training - which is what you need to build up muscle. However, depending on their job, some may have better leg muscle while others may have better arm, shoulder or chest muscles. It varies depending on what they are doing daily. Most military training - PT is running to build endurance. And your basics exercises like sit ups, push ups, etc, but since they donāt go to the gym daily and lift, the muscles are not built up. I hope that makes sense.

Watch it! Itās very good. I stopped after 4 because waiting a week was horrible so I decided to wait until it was done airing all episodes and then go back and rewatch it all together. Itās very good and the music is awesome.
