Sigh….another one that isn’t making it to the international market soon - last I checked on Viki they still didn’t even have a date set.

I agree. Romance to me includes kissing. If he doesn’t want to do that then I think he should look at other genres besides romance to star in. He’s an awesome actor but I get disappointed when I see him in Romances because I know there will not be any kissing. They also seem to use the same close-up footage of kissing for him in these romances. I’ve seen the same clip in a couple of his dramas now when they show kiss scenes up close (only the lips - you never can see the faces). I respect his decision for not doing intimate scenes but he does a great injustice to his work and to us who watch.

Yes, he said he knew he wasn’t going to pass so he was glad he had a way out by getting sick - his character was always running away. He never faced anything that was hard or difficult. Especially her. He really lost his chance with her so I don’t feel bad that he lost her to Cha. I just wish Chahad stepped up sooner rather than waiting 9 years to finally tell her but I think he knew HG would return one day and wanted to be able to fight for her on even ground….she needed to be able to clearly make a choice between the two. Had she went to Cha before GH came back, Cha would have always wondered when HG finally returned if she was truly over him. So he waited for her to finally face HG and figure it out.

I think he was implying that Cha basically spoiled him - he took up for him, handled hard things for him - Cha was even the one that handled his breakup with Ji Na for him….this guy hasn’t had to really deal with anything hard. But instead of taking responsibility for his own pathetic actions he’s blaming Cha for them.

How do,you even get “condescending” from my post. I am merely pointing out that you have to look deeper into the actions and words of 1 character. That character is key.

Naw, she doesn’t die. She won’t now because he fulfilled the contract by disappearing. Now we have 2 episodes to see how they will end up together. I believe we will see a happy ending. You have to listen carefully to what garden deity says….she’s key.

I think the repetition is the point - it’s all about circles and coming full circle. Again, and again, but each time they do, something is different. You have to look deeper into it.

They are not brothers. Cha was his tutor when he was still in high school. They were close friends - seems like maybe their dads knew each other too. He sort of was a big brother to him but Cha also knew cafe guy was a jerk to her - not telling her he was going abroad - that’s why Cha kissed her in front of their building - hoping she would leave and not come back but we know Cha already liked her at that point. Cafe guy then left to go abroad but came back a few months later but never told her. So basically he was avoiding her for over 9 years…..but completely decided one day to get her back… seriously, he was a jerk and totally lost her due to his own cowardice. I think the info was her as an author - which he doesn’t know she was one at that point. He doesn’t put two and two together until later.

I did catch that she said she wants to stay in that body longer because she wants to see flower bloom more….he’s the flower in her pot….

She was only going to die until she made the contract with him - which stated if she didn’t call for doom on the whole world, then the person she loved the most would die instead of her. She couldn’t bring herself to call for doom on the whole world because she loved her family and friends too much….and couldn’t bring herself to ask for destruction on the whole world. So the person she loves the most has to die - which is him. But since he isn’t human, he doesn’t really die - he just disappears.

I don’t think I’ve cried so hard and so long at any drama as I did this episode.

There are some good comedic moments.
