No there is actually more to their story in the Chinese version and you understand why she becomes his gf a bit more - the Korean version is so short so you miss a lot of the storyline. I highly recommend you watch the Chinese version so you get more of the character’s backstories. While the Korean version is cute, you really do miss a lot of their storyline in it.

I’m sorry, I just realized Dramacool does not have this one. Looks like you can only get it on iQIYI. Their subscription is not much a month and you can cancel anytime. To me it is worth it to have their VIP subscription.
