I loved this all the way until the last 4 episodes. It made no sense that he gets injured, leaves for treatment, tells her he will only be gone for 2 months, which turns into 4, then 6....until a year later she finally goes to see him in the US - in Houston. With snow on the ground. It’s Texas in the coast - there usually is never any snow and if it did, it certainly wouldn’t be enough to shovel. So he’s supposed to have been with his mom in Texas and yet we never see her...and his dad doesn’t know about his injury? So SIX years later he returns? And all this time no one ever questioned what he was doing? His dad had to have known about his injury since he dropped out of school - and his dad never told her even though his dad said she was like his own daughter? The last episode was extremely rushed - we find out his playboy friend is the father of 2?? We never once saw him with a GF! And he also knew how much Jia Jia loved his friend yet he never told her the truth in 6 years? Very contrived at the end. I would not watch again. And yes, I felt let down that ML and FL didn’t work through their issues at the end - they just kissed and made up. Like 7 years of heartache didn’t matter.

I don’t think she knows they were childhood friends but still, the FL does so she shouldn’t really care what this dragon woman thinks. Just my thoughts. And yes, I remember the BFF talking about the issues but still, she shouldn’t get so nervous when this woman catches her and YS being close - 1. It’s none of her business 2. They have known each other since they were kids - YS should set her straight - he clearly sees the other woman is jealous of her.

End of episode 7 and beginning of ep 8 - why does FL care that this dragon woman saw her and YS together? They’ve known each other since childhood. Don’t quite get the contrived jealousy here.

I’m actually enjoying this one. It’s light-hearted. I think the chemistry between the ML and FL is awesome.

Yes I noticed that too. He must have lost weight when filming First Romance because he is a lot thinner in it. Love is sweet had actually started filming the end of 2019 and had to stop for several months due to COVID. They finally finished it up in March 2020.
