I think he was an innocent witness to their swapping of babies - he may have seen them leaving baby seon ju at his own doorstep.

She had refused to leave where she is currently living because it was the address she left at her old town that she and soon ae came from - in case he ever returned and was looking for her - he would know where to go.

if he is that will make it an awkward family tree - jin ju and he will be siblings - and seonju is jin ju's sister - legally (or by family registration) - this means one will need to leave the home and be registered elsewhere - which is a possibility for her and tae sang - unless so woo is related to them too. man, what a mess this has become. Well she left her original home with him but left the address of her salon in seoul and stayed put so if he ever returned then he would get the address and know where to find her - so he had never been to her new place.

I still do not think he is So Woo's bio dad.

there is no information on him - all we know about him is that Man Eun said he went out to sea a lot to fish and that So Woo said his parents "saved each other" and that is how they met - and that squinters and soon ae tried to kill him - nothing else has been revealed yet.
