Hey! it was alright for me but this is coming from someone who thought there would be darker :P [Signal,bad guys ruin "light" mystery/investigation stuff =3= for me]

Nothing really happened this episode but introduction to the characters and the main characters meeting each other. The drama seems pretty light.

The ending of the first episode drove me nuts though. :/ BTW , I saw you watched signal and bad guys.... You should try tunnel as well :D [although its currently airing].
