This one's pretty light-hearted for a saeguk drama which is nice. The villains got what they deserve and the leads are happy, although I wanted to see Ra On living in the palace of course. I just wish they could've clarified a lot of things and shown a great ending for the leads, not just a happy one, because they've been through a lot.
I loved Park Bo Gum's acting here, while Kim Yoo Jung's was just okay. I didn't feel the chemistry between them at all. And why did Yoon Seong have to die? I think it's unnecessary. Overall this is a good drama. I'm also glad he became King after a year, because the previous one is a scaredy cat and kinda stupid.
Can Bong Soon's mom just leave the whole drama? Her violence towards her husband is not even funny. I can stand those thugs and Indian monk (?) fillers, but not that kind of mother. I can't stand seeing her even though there's only 2 episodes left.

The fillers are getting SO cringeworthy. The highschoolers know that they're not as strong as Bong Soon and that she can handle those gangsters singlehandedly. STILL, they want revenge?? It doesn't fit, please. So unnecessary.

This drama was pure tragedy. Sad and annoying at the same time. I struggled so much finishing this and all I got was that ending. However, I am very understanding when it comes to my dramas, so I got to love this as well. My heart aches for all of them. One thing I didn't understand is Wook's daughter and why the writers kinda made her seem connected to Woo Hee. It just doesn't fit and is unnecessary, or maybe I just didn't analyze it well? I don't know. If they were to create a season 2, I hope they will make it a happy one. It has to be.
