The "wake up, wake up" that made me get goosebumps...Is it a dream or reality?. I think this is a hint of something important in the plot of this series.
At this point after ep 10-11 the storyline is picking up so quickly. I can't wait to see if they will reveal the big plot of this series soon but yes still many more eps left. Hope it is not at the end tho.
i know it's not his fault but that portrayal is 0% correct
Also, we have not yet can 100% tell how the whole plot of this series is going to be like?. You cannot predict what the next ep will be like. So let's just wait till it end before jumping to conclusions.

Didn't you know the author is part of this series too. Also the screenwriter of this series is very well known for the incredible plot twist. Why did TS keep having that dream of a woman calling him name and calling him to wake?. Also Douluo Continent douyin caption says “is this dream or reality? Once you wake from the dream, everything is just starting”. So what is the meaning of this???.

Ok. His personality is different but his goals and determination are the same. I don't see much change about him other than they cut his past life and his personality but the core story is still the same.

He is already so mature and not 6 yrs like in the novel and anime. He is not like a 6 yrs in the novel and anime that can remembers his past and know everything. Here he just a teen boy living with his father and learn everything from his father.
i know it's not his fault but that portrayal is 0% correct
Since he can't remember his past or never have a past life like the novel and anime. He would be different. Start from weak to strong. How can he be strong, cool, and so mature from the very beginning. It would be so confusing to people who have never read the novel or watched the anime.

Since they are not allowed to do rebirth or time travel so ofc TS will not be like the one in the novel or anime. I don't know much why they ban it but from what I heard is that most of the c-audience or even intl-audience too are very fond of rebirth/time travel series so they were afraid it might encourage people to follow and learn it in a wrong way.
Even though the characters are different, I think they already do all they can to stay with the same story.

You should understand that there are certain things that live action cannot do. If you don't like it then just leave it alone why bother to wasted your time on something you don't like.

We should not compare the novel or anime with the live action. Some of you are saying Tang san is very naive, weak, and not portrayed as genius and cool like in the novel and anime, but for me I actually am satisfied with the change since they can't make him remember his past like in the novel. They are trying to portray his character development gradually. Also there have only been 9 episodes out, there are still many more episodes left and we haven't even reached the middle yet so let's wait for it to finish airing first before jumping to conclusions.
So what is the meaning of this???.
Bye bye
