I think it's in Heedo's pov that we feel like Yijin is treating her like a kid. But it's actually Heedo who thinks like this. Look at Yijin's pov in ep 5, that imaginary snow scene where Yijin holds her hand and not her wrists like how he did in ep2. That itself shows how his feelings towards her has changed. It's like him welcoming Heedo into his world. Just like Heedo, he do cares about his looks infront of her. Like the way he was embarrassed to let Heedo know his broadcasting mistake. His actions are way more subtle whereas Heedo's are more obvious. Either his actions are subtle or he is suppressing it. And I think what both of them have right now is a crush towards eachother.

That scene will be funny I guess 😂
