Yeah, I kinda agree with you. It was pretty obvious from the 1st episode that Moo Jin was the killer, so it didn’t really feel like a twist. Honestly, I was hoping they were just trying to mislead us and that someone else would turn out to be the real killer. Like, if the head of the investigation team had ended up being the killer instead, that would've been a way bigger twist imo.

So, we can’t really call those two characters the SML/SFL because they’re not that significant in the main couple’s relationship and story. The bond between the ML and FL is super solid—once they’re together, nothing really gets in the way.

The guy who's into the FL is just a classmate. He does try to get her attention at first, but he’s not a troublemaker. Once he realizes she’s not interested, he backs off pretty quickly.

The girl who likes the ML is a bit more complicated. She does try to stir up some drama, but both the ML and FL handle her really well and shut her down together.

Also, if you’ve started watching, you’ve probably seen that airport scene and the woman who seems like she might be the ML’s girlfriend. Just so you know—she’s not. She’s actually his boss and a friend, not a romantic interest.

The FL was finally able to live her own life, leaving all the chaos behind. The ML wrapped up his whole divorce process and is also back on track with his life. The bad guy gets what he deserves.

In the end, ML and FL meet again—they agree to grab dinner or something (can’t remember the exact detail), but it clearly hints they’ll stay in touch.

For me, all of that adds up to a happy ending.
