It's pointed out in the drama multiple times that she's more "mentally 7" as a joke, but it does hold true that she's kind of aloof like a 7 year old. That's more her personality though; she is actually quite mature for being mentally 17.
I can't really say she stops acting so aloof, so no she doesn't get "better". For me it's part of her charm, but it might be difficult for you to continue if it's not to your style.

If they're getting those certain procedures done for male attention, then sure I agree; but some women could be doing those procedures out of self love. It's the same as "correcting" nose, ears, etc.
Anyone else kind of wished there was more to Ye Na after the time skip? she wasn't a hugely relevant character for most of the drama, but I liked her for being able to stay loyal and being able to discern between good and bad in people, despite being annoying sometimes.
